Scope and description of the articles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded on the Madeiralovers.com website.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Madeiralovers.com website offers intellectual works for sale in digital form (PDF).<br\/>Digital books (or eBooks) sold on Madeiralovers.com are digital files containing intellectual works intended to be downloaded for reading on electronic terminals (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.).<br\/>Digital works are protected by French and international copyright laws.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"t-1639558242259\"><strong>3. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The downloaded files are for the exclusive use of the buyer. They may not be resold, rented, or transmitted free of charge beyond the family circle and the legitimate needs of private use; any representation or reproduction of these files, in whole or in part, outside the cases provided for in Article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, is strictly prohibited and would expose the holder to legal action.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"t-1639558242260\"><strong>4. Commands<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>All orders are placed through the Sendowl platform. Payment is made when the order is placed.<br\/>To place an order on Madeiralovers.com, the customer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity or parental authorization.<br\/>Clicking on the &#8220;Order&#8221; or &#8220;Pay&#8221; button on the screen summarizing the order, and explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale by means of a dialog box, constitutes an electronic signature certifying the customer&#8217;s unreserved agreement to these terms and conditions of sale (including the unit price) specific to each file purchased. The customer hereby waives the right to invoke any contradictory document, in particular his own general terms and conditions of purchase.<br\/>The customer may abandon his order until payment has been confirmed.  Any order with a fraud risk profile may be blocked by the administrator at the payment stage.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"t-1639558242261\"><strong>5. Availability of eBooks &#8211; Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Following the order, the eBook can be downloaded from the confirmation screen.<br\/>An email is also sent with a download link.<br\/>The download link is valid for 1 year and for a maximum of 10 downloads.<br\/>The administrator of this site cannot be held responsible for technical problems beyond its control, such as connection problems due to Internet access providers or computer problems due to the customer&#8217;s hardware or software.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"t-1639558242262\"><strong>5. Awards<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Product prices are net prices in euros, inclusive of all taxes.<br\/>All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros when the order is placed.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"t-1639558242263\"><strong>6. Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The price is payable in full in a single instalment when the order is placed.<br\/>Payment for purchases is made by credit card (via Stripe) or Paypal. Warranty, return and refund<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Product warranty<\/strong><br\/>If a PDF is defective, you have 14 days to return the digital product by e-mail. As soon as we receive the defective work, a new article will be offered for download.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Right of withdrawal<\/strong><br\/>Digital files cannot be returned.<br\/>If you have not yet downloaded the file, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/madeiralovers.com\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">use the form here<\/a> or by replying to the confirmation email.<br\/>If you have a problem downloading the digital book, please contact me using the form below.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Return procedure<\/strong><br\/>To return an item, please contact me.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"t-1639558242265\"><strong>8. Protection of personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The information requested from the customer is necessary to process orders. This information and data is also kept for security purposes in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
